People Operations & Talent Partner

At SafetyClerk, we are building the next generation of construction operations, safety, risk management, and insurance technology software.

Our platform helps Construction Managers, General Contractors, Owners, Brokers, and Subcontractors digitize and manage workforce onboarding, safety compliance, time tracking, access control, insurance tracking, daily logs, incident reporting, equipment inspections, and more.

SafetyClerk combines construction operations, compliance, workforce management, and real-time risk intelligence into a single platform designed to help companies reduce risk, improve accountability, and better manage projects across the United States.

We are looking for a People Operations & Talent Partner to lead recruitment and HR operations as we scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who is passionate about building strong teams and culture in a fast growing startup environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end to end recruitment across multiple roles
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance
  • Implement and manage 401(k) and insurance programs
  • Support commission calculations and expense report reviews
  • Handle office logistics and adhoc operational tasks
  • Be a strategic partner in building our team and culture as we grow

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in both talent acquisition and HR operations
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and benefits administration
  • Ability to juggle both strategic initiatives and day to day tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and a passion for building teams
  • Experience with startups or growth environments is a plus
